*Noel Neill was the original live action Lois Lane in the Superman serials and later replaced Phillis Coates in the 50's TV series The Adventures of Superman. She also had a cameo appearance in Superman: The Movie (1978) as the mother of Lois Lane.

**Jack Larson played Jimmy Olsen during the 1950's television series The Adventures of Superman.

***Marlon Brando played Jor-El in Superman: The Movie (1978). Bryan Singer incorporated the un-used footage in the 2006 film.
